John Bosco

Known best mainly because Don Bosco and kept in mind for his humanitarian and educational reform focus on behalf of kids and teenagers in want, this 19th-century Roman Catholic Priest founded such Italian charitable organizations because the Salesians of Don Bosco as well as the Association of Salesian Cooperators. Early in his existence, while working like a shepherd, he was the pupil of an area priest. After learning for quite some time in a Roman Catholic seminary in Chieri, Italy, he received his ordination. He created a nonpunitive educational philosophy referred to as the Salesian Precautionary Program. He and his brothers Giuseppe and Antonio had been born in the city of Becchi, Italy, to Margherita Occhiena and Francesco Bosco. Within the 1930s, he was posthumously announced a saint by Pope Pius XI.
