U.S. Military General and CENTCOM Commander who oversaw American armed forces action in the centre East after 9/11. He was commissioned as another infantry lieutenant pursuing his 1973 graduation from Western world Stage. He testified prior to the Senate Equipped Providers Committee in 2006.
