Legendary football coach of Penn Condition University from 1966 to 2011, often called “JoePa.” He tallied an extraordinary record of 298-136-3 during his tenure and led the group to Nationwide Titles in 1982 and 1986. He performed quarterback and cornerback at Dark brown University or college from 1946 to 1949.
