Joe Foss

Fighter pilot who received the Medal of Honor during Globe Battle II for his initiatives through the Guadalcanal Advertising campaign. He was also a tv character who hosted ABC television’s The American Sportsman from 1964 to 1967. He got his initial flavor of aviation when he been to an area airfield to find out Charles Lindbergh, who was simply on tour along with his aeroplanes. He was the initial commissioner from the American Soccer League aswell as the 20th Governor of South Dakota. He had taken over his family’s plantation when he was just 17 after his dad was electrocuted to loss of life within a freak incident. He received the esteemed Medal of Honor from Leader Franklin D. Roosevelt.
