Jim McElwain


He played quarterback to 1983. His coaching career has brought him as a position coach to Fresno State, Montana State, Louisville, Michigan State and Eastern Washington. He had a brief stint in the NFL as a QB coach with the Oakland Raiders in 2006. He’s daughters named Elizabeth and Johanna, and a son, Jerrett Karen McElwain. He was an offensive coordinator and QB coach in the University of Alabama under head coach Nick Saban, helping the Crimson Tide win two national titles while he was there between 2011 and 2008.
