He examined structures at Paris’ École Spéciale d’Architecture and environmental style at Miami School in america. Then was utilized by Providers des Sites et Monuments Nationaux in Luxembourg. He founded an architectural company, Atelier d’Architecture et de Style Jim Clemes, in 1984. His family members resided in Luxembourg Town during his delivery. He and French architect Christian Portzamparc both designed essential structures in Luxembourg.
