An American author, spoken-word poet and musician, he’s most widely known for his autobiographical work, The Golf ball Diaries. He released another memoir, Compelled Entries: The Downtown Diaries 1971-1973, in 1987. He was raised on the low East Aspect of NY and briefly examined at Columbia School. He released his initial poetry collection, Organic Trains, while he is at senior high school. During his turbulent youngsters, he led a dual life being a superstar basketball participant and a heroin-addicted sex employee. He was created right into a working-class, Irish-American family members. In 1963, he gained a scholarship towards the esteemed Trinity College in NEW YORK.
