Most widely known for his work with DC Comics, this musician co-created the Joker personality from the Batman comic books. In 2000, he was the receiver of the Country wide Cartoonists’ Society’s Milton Caniff Life time Accomplishment Award. He started his are a comic publication artist while learning journalism at Columbia University or college. After departing the comic publication industry, he produced a newspapers comic strip known as True Class room Flubs and Fluffs along with a politically-themed satirical toon titled Still Existence. Born and elevated in Trenton, NJ, he passed away at age eighty-nine in Staten Isle, NY.
