Significant as both a politician and a writer, Bell ran for Republican seats in america Senate on many occasions and posted politically-themed works entitled Populism and Elitism: Politics in age Equality (1992) as well as the Case for Polarized Politics: Why America Needs Public Conservatism (2012). After graduating from Columbia School, he offered in the Vietnam Battle.
