Latvian politician who served as the initial head from the self-employed Latvian state as the Chairman of Tautas Padome from 1918 to 1920. He also offered as the 1st Chief executive of Latvia from 1922 to 1927. He became a faculty member at Moscow University or college, teaching legislation. His child was among the leaders from the Latvian nationwide resistance during Globe Battle II but was caught from the Gestapo and passed away in a focus camp. He wedded Justine Cakste plus they had 8 kids collectively. He and Joyce Banda both offered as presidents.
