James Monroe

The fifth Leader of america and the ultimate Founding Father to become elected to any office. He passed away on July 4th, producing him the 3rd president to expire on the time. He studied rules under Thomas Jefferson before portion as an anti-federalist delegate from Virginia in the Continental Congress.
