Biography

Oakland Raiders protection nicknamed The Assassin for his terrific hits, including one which still left a Patriots recipient paralyzed. He previously little fascination with sports until senior high school, when he became a member of the football group and quickly gained All-American honors. In his 10 months in the NFL he was a three-time Pro Dish selection and earned the Super Dish in 1977. He was wedded to Denise Tatum. He was raised in Passaic, NJ. He was also the defender using one from the NFL’s most well-known takes on – the Immaculate Reception – assisting in the interception of Terry Bradshaw’s move.
