Jack Laird

Known for his focus on such tv series as Kojak, Ben Casey, and Night time Gallery, this Emmy-nominated producer, director, and screenwriter also developed the short-lived NBC series The Bold Types: The Protectors. A kid actor, he performed a small part in a number of 1930s movies, including a Ray Enright-directed humor known as The Circus Clown. Many of his Night time Gallery episodes had been inspired by the task of horror fiction article writer H.P. Lovecraft. Created and elevated in LA, California, he passed away of tumor in his past due sixties and was buried within the popular Hollywood Forever Cemetery. He regularly worked with acting professional Leslie Nielsen, creating such films as OBSERVE HOW They Operate and Dark Intruder designed for Nielsen.
