Known for his focus on such tv series as Kojak, Ben Casey, and Night time Gallery, this Emmy-nominated producer, director, and screenwriter also developed the short-lived NBC series The Bold Types: The Protectors. A kid actor, he performed a small part in a number of 1930s movies, including a Ray Enright-directed humor known as The Circus Clown. Many of his Night time Gallery episodes had been inspired by the task of horror fiction article writer H.P. Lovecraft.
