Ivan Mladek

Most widely known for founding the favorite Banjo Music group in the mid 1960s, this Czech musician and composer penned a huge selection of songs through the 1970s, ’80s, ’90s, as well as the initial decade from the 2000s. His early longer play (LP) recordings consist of Dobrý den! and Nashledanou! A favorite comedian and a musician, he was the superstar of many Czech television humor programs, like the Nation Estrada. He grew up in Prague, Czechoslovakia by a lawyer and artist dad. He and his wife Eva became parents to a kid called Štěpán. He and Karel Gott both acquired effective pop music professions in the Czech Republic.
