Howard E. Scott

Creator of and guitarist for Battle, a funk music group that was popular through the 1970s. Early in his profession, he also used the R&B group The Drifters. As a man, he began a band known as The Makers that performed at nightclubs in his indigenous southern California. Famous music artists Eric Burdon and Lee Oskar became a member of him to create War if they noticed his music at a LA pub. When he was a young man, his cousin Jack port taught him to try out the bass acoustic guitar. He performed in Battle with famed rock and roll vocalist Eric Burdon.
