His company began supplying transmissions towards the Olds AUTOMOBILE Company, eventually shifting to processing their own versions. He and his sibling were delivered in Niles, Michigan, and had been inseparable both in youth and in adulthood. He and his sibling went from dealing with Ransom Olds to contending against him.
