British guitarist who obtained fame as a genuine person in the important 60’s rock-band The Animals. He’s perhaps most widely known for his iconic electric guitar intro for the band’s 1964 breakout strike, “THE HOME of the Increasing Sunlight.” He was an associate from the skiffle music group The Heppers as an adolescent. He was inducted in to the Stone Hall of Popularity in 1994 and Hollywood’s Rock and roll Walk of Popularity in 2001. He wedded a woman called Germaine. He and keyboardist Alan Cost are both founding people from the Animals.
