Hilla Limann

From 1979 until 1981, this People’s National Party head served as Leader of Ghana. He was the only real leader of his country’s Third Republic. He gained a bachelor’s level in history in the School of London and a doctorate in constitutional laws and political research in the Sorbonne (the School of Paris). In the past due 1960s, he going the European Table of Ghana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this same period, he helped draft Ghana’s Constitution.
