Overseer of world-wide U.S. armed service operations who offered as Chairman from the Joint Chiefs of Personnel from 1997 to 2001. He went to North Carolina Condition University or college, where he was an associate from the Pershing Rifles fraternity. He offered two trips of combat responsibility in Vietnam and later on led the duty force that completed the 1994 objective to overthrow Haiti’s program.
