Henry Dyer

Kept in mind for his role in improving technical education in Japan, this Scottish-born engineer founded the Akabane Engineering Functions training firm in Tokyo. Also a article writer, he penned The Development of Market; Japan in Globe Politics; and many other functions. After studying executive at Glasgow University or college, he started teaching at Tokyo’s Imperial University of Executive. He was the 1882 receiver of Japan’s exclusive Order from the Increasing Sun.
