American Intimate poet whose best-known poems include “The Bedouin’s Rebuke” and “What Carry out We Plant WHENEVER WE Flower a Tree?” His poetry choices include Imagine Love and THE TOWN of Achievement. He released his 1st literary work, Might Dreams, in 1862. He worked well as associate editor from the Rondout Courier. He was created in NY and was the boy of a comparatively prosperous farm items merchant. He wedded Mary Louise DuBois in 1865. He was affected by the task of Percy Bysshe Shelley.
