Heikki Savolainen

Finnish gymnast who earned 9 Olympic medals and became the oldest gymnastics medalist ever in 1952 at 44 years. He gained the initial ever Olympic medal for Finland in 1928 when he had taken bronze in the pommel equine event. He competed in a complete of five Olympic Video games spanning across 24 years. He previously a son called Alexei along with his wife Galina. He’s a member from the International Gymnasts Hall of Popularity along with Romanian gymnast Nadia Comaneci.
