Harold Brown

American scientist who served as the Secretary of Protection under Leader Jimmy Carter from 1977 to 1981. He notably laid the groundwork for the Camp David accords and advocated a far more lax position for the Soviet Union. He received a PhD in physics from Columbia College or university before learning to be a analysis scientist at rays Laboratory on the College or university of California, Berkeley.
