World Battle II hero who helped the Uk Army recovery fellow Hungarian Jews who had been en route towards the Auschwitz concentration camp. She was eventually arrested and performed. She transferred from her indigenous Hungary towards the United kingdom Mandate of Palestine, where she became a paratrooper in the United kingdom Women’s Auxiliary Surroundings Power. She was performed by Maruschka Detmers in Hanna’s Battle, a 1988 film predicated on her lifestyle tale. She and her sibling Gyorgy were the kids of the Hungarian-Jewish playwright. A poet and a battle hero, she composed a well-known poem — “Eli, Eli” — that was converted into a tune that was afterwards performed by Ofra Haza.
