Federalist politician and Governor of Delaware from 1796 to 1797, who also spent amount of time in the state’s General Set up. He offered as an official within the Continental Military through the American Trend. He began as a product owner at New Castle and in addition studied Rules, before being recognized in to the Delaware Club in 1779. No known family portrait of him is available. He wedded Mary Browse in 1769. He was a Governor of Delaware like Adam Ponder.
