Gretchen Corbett

American actress who became well-known for her role around the 1970s television series The Rockford Documents. She studied episode at Carnegie Mellon University or college and started her professional performing career in the Oregon Shakespeare Event. Her Broadway credits consist of After the Rainfall with Alec McCowen, 40 Carats with Julie Harris, and Iphigeneia at Aulis with Irene Papas. She and her partner, Robin Gammell, experienced a child, Winslow Corbett, who also became an celebrity. Her Rockford Documents personality, Beth Davenport, was an attorney and occasional enthusiast from the series’ primary personality, Jim Rockford, who was simply played by acting professional James Garner.
