Gough Whitlam

The 21st Australian Prime Minister from 1972 to 1975 who handled the 1975 Australian constitutional crisis. He notably instituted common healthcare and fee-free university or college education and removed armed service conscription and legal execution. He performed in a picture of The Damaged Melody, while going to St. Paul’s University. He became the 1st Prime Minister to become terminated during his term when Governor-General Sir John Kerr dismissed him in 1975. He wedded Australian swimmer Margaret Elaine Dovey, and experienced four kids: Nicholas, Tony, Catherine, and Stephen, Business owner Rupert Murdoch backed him during his 1949 labor marketing campaign.
