George R. Evans

WWII era illustrator and cartoonist whose comic strips and comic books have frequently depicted airplanes and well-known aviators. He marketed his illustrations to pulp periodicals while he was still in his teenagers. Later, through the Globe War II period, he offered as an aeroplanes mechanic in SC. He proved helpful for Fiction Home, EC Comics, DC Comics, and Marvel Comics and in addition created ‘Loss of life of the Ace’ (1977) and various other, stand-alone paintings of Globe Battle I aviation fights. He was created in Harwood, Pa and passed away at age group 81 in Long Isle. He illustrated a comic-based biography of football star Ty Cobb through the 1990s.
