George Lippard

An American novelist, playwright, and journalist, he was probably one of the most well-known writers in antebellum America. He’s known for functions like the Quaker Town and Blanche of Brandywine. He regarded as professions in ministry and regulation but deserted both suggestions to pursue a profession on paper. He founded a magic formula society referred to as the Brotherhood from the Union. He wedded Rose Newman in 1847. He and Edgar Allan Poe had been friends.
