Canadian dietitian, culinary writer, and one-time judge for the truth cooking show, “Best Chef.” She researched Spanish and anthropology at McGill College or university and had written her first meals content for the McGill Tribune. She educated at New York’s Institute of Culinary Education and proved helpful as an apprentice on the renowned French cafe, Le Cirque. She was among three children delivered in to the Jewish-Canadian category of Ivor and Renee Simmons. She wedded Jeremy Abrams in 2008. She and Ramin Ganeshram both gained popularity and notoriety through their culinary journalism.
