Uruguayan politician who served as the Chief executive of Uruguay from 1931 to 1938. He was known for his dictatorial design, having abolished the country’s constitution and only a new the one that transferred almost all the state’s capabilities to himself. He went to the University or college of Uruguay, where he later on joined up with the faculty. He harshly suppressed all opposition towards him and jailed many university or college officials. His nephew, Horacio Terra Arocena, and great-nephew, Juan Pablo Terra, both offered in the Senate. He and Jose Mujica possess both offered as the Chief executive of Uruguay.
