Well-known for leading students activist group referred to as CLASSE within a fight against advanced schooling tuition increases proposed by Quebec Top Jean Charest, he’s also significant for his Governor General’s Award-winning activism memoir, Tenir Tete. After getting his bachelor’s level in sociology in the Universite du Quebec a Montreal, he inserted the idea graduate program on the Universite de Montreal. Ahead of his participation in CLASSE, he belonged to some other student activist firm– ASSE (the Association put une Solidarite Syndicale Etudiante). The kid of fellow activist Gilles Dubois, he grew up in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He and Craig Kielburger are both noteworthy Canadian activists.
