Frank Chance

Former major group initial baseman and supervisor who strike .296 during his 17-season career. He performed for the Chicago Cubs if they had been the Orphans. He was uncovered with the Cubs while playing semi-pro football during university. He gained the nickname Peerless Head for his command qualities and kept the best earning percentage for Cubs managers. He also continued to try out for the brand new York Yankees from 1898 to 1914. He wedded Edythe Pancake in 1903. His dad was leader of Fresno’s initial national loan company. He was elected towards the Hall of Popularity, later joined up with by fellow Cubs great Andre Dawson.
