Francis Quinn

American spiritual leader who became the Roman Catholic bishop emertius from the Diocese of Sacramento in 1979. He graduated from St. Joseph’s Seminary and was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA in June 1946. Bishop Quinn SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Palo Cedro, California was called after him before it shut. He was raised with his family members in LA, California. He was called the seventh bishop from the Diocese of Sacramento by Pope John Paul II.
