Florence Kelley

Suffragist and civil privileges activist who also helped establish the Country wide Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP ) in 1909. She was also known on her behalf advocacy for the very least income and eight-hour workdays. She went to Cornell University or college, where she was a follower of Karl Marx. She was a pal of writer W.E.B Dubois, who she founded the NAACP with. She experienced three kids with Lazare Wischnewetzky, whom she wedded in 1884. She helped convert Die Lage der arbeitenden Klasse in Britain, which was compiled by Friedrich Engels.
