Florence Ballard

A founding person in the legendary 1960s Motown group The Supremes who was simply inducted in to the Stone Hall of Popularity in 1988. She got an audition at Motown through her friend Smokey Robinson. She sang strikes like “Quite Baby,” “Baby Appreciate,” and “The Ballad of Davy Crockett.” Her family members transferred to Detroit therefore her father can work in the city’s growing auto sector. She and Diana Ross had been both members from the Supremes.
