Farhad Darya

Known for such internationally-released studio albums as Begum Jan, In Foreign Land, HA!, and Golom Golom, this award-winning Afghan vocalist and songwriter performed in various dialects, including Uzbek, Urdu, Persian, and British. While their studies at Kabul University or college, he created his first group, Goroh-e-Baran. A humanitarian and a musician, he offered as Afghanistan’s Country wide Goodwill Ambassador towards the United Nations Advancement Program. A indigenous of Kabul, Afghanistan, he later on resided in Germany and eventually settled in america. He wedded Sultana Emam in 1993; both welcomed a child, Hejran, in 1996. Like fellow vocalist Aryana Sayeed, he was created and elevated in Afghanistan.
