Biography

Lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter for the the brand new York-based music group Vampire Weekend, a music group that became known because of its strikes “A-Punk,” “Cousins,” and “Diane Teen.” He founded Vampire Weekend in 2006. He in addition has been associated with the hiphop group L’Homme Work. He and Vampire Weekend documented their third record, Contemporary Vampires of the town, in 2013. He grew up in Northern NJ along with his sister Emma Koenig. He provides protected Paul Simon ‘s melody “Papa Hobo.”
