Referred to as El Parche, he was a Tejano music pioneer who performed thirty-five different instruments, like the accordion. A delivery defect remaining him partly blind as a child and, struggling to focus on the areas, he approved his period learning the accordion. While still remaining near his musical origins, he has extended his musical repertoire into relating jazz and salsa, aswell as presenting synthesizers into his music. He was raised in Elsa, Tx to migrant employee parents. He performed a road accordionist in the film Created in East L.A., which starred Cheech Marin.
