Character professional who appeared in Hollywood movies through the 1930s towards the 1950s, including Mama Loves Papa and Ruler of Alcatraz. His perpetual scowl provided him an atmosphere of annoyance that proved helpful to great impact in lots of different jobs. He was a violinist, executing around regional tents for ten years prior to going to Detroit. He ultimately shifted to Hollywood. He performed a policeman, a doorman, and a businessman in a number of early movies. He was wedded to Effie Laird as well as the few had two kids together. His initial screen role is at Bing Crosby’s 1938 film, Dr. Tempo, but his component was cut.
