Designed the Pasadena Playhouse, the Beverly Hills Hotel, Wattles Mansion, the Huntington MEMORIAL, along with other Southern California landmarks. Pioneered early 20th-century structures that wanted to purge styles of whatever was unnatural to the neighborhood climate and circumstances. He opted to acquire his teaching from architectural company Ferry & Clas instead of university. He earned a water-tower and pumping-station style competition when he was just 18 yrs . old. He helped style the Milwaukee Central Library as well as the Wisconsin Historic Culture. He was a painter in addition to an architect, and his watercolor paintings are area of the Chicago Artwork Institute’s long term collection. His family members was surviving in Chicago when he was created. He designed his personal home in 1910, a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half shower home.
