An American novelist and brief story writer, she actually is best known on her behalf 1979 novel, Rumors of Peace, which tells the storyplot of a woman growing up through the World War II years. Her additional works consist of Mrs. Munck (1970) and Like Out of Time of year (1974). She researched at San Jose Condition University. She released her debut book in 1970. Her brief tale, Last Courtesies, received the O. Henry Honor in 1974. She grew up in Martinez, California, and she later on settled in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. Her book, Mrs. Munck, was converted to a film by Diane Ladd.
