Elizabeth Lee Hazen

Co-inventor, by correspondence with Rachel Fuller Dark brown, from the antibiotic and antifungal Nystatin. She was inducted into he Country wide Inventors Hall of Popularity in 1994 and her study has been utilized to save contaminated trees and shrubs and restore paintings with mildew damage. An instant research from her first times, she graduated through the Mississippi Industrial Institute and University, and became among the 1st female doctorate college students Columbia College or university. She and Dark brown both decided to donate the royalties using their invention, some $13 million, towards the nonprofit Research Company for the advancement of educational scientific study. Created to William Edgar Hazen and Maggie Harper Hazen, she grew up by her uncle after both her parents passed away. She and Rachel Fuller Dark brown were both influenced by earlier medical use penicillin, and noticed a dependence on a fungal fighter.
