Nineteenth-century Democratic politician who represented the 14th and 15th congressional districts of NY in america House of Associates. He served through the 1850s and 1860s as Mayor of Albany, NY. In 1851, he offered on the brand new York State Set up. He grew up in Washington Region, NY. He passed away in Albany at age eighty-one. He was a modern of fellow New York-born politician Jacob Stewart. Both males served as USA Associates (Perry for NY and Stewart for Minnesota).
