Austrian-born concentration camp survivor who wedded Otto Frank, the daddy of well-known diarist Anne Frank, following both had shed their children and initial spouses within the Holocaust. Her family members lived in concealing in holland for just two years before getting captured with the Nazis in 1944 and delivered to Auschwitz. She passed away in London at age ninety-three. Her initial relationship — to Erich Geiringer — created two kids, Eva and Heinz. She wedded Otto Frank in 1953; the few resolved in Switzerland. Her little girl Eva Schloss — a youth friend to Anne Frank and the only person of Geiringer’s kids to endure the Holocaust — released a 2013 memoir entitled After Auschwitz: A TALE of Heartbreak and Success with the Stepsister of Anne Frank.
