Edward Thomas

English war-era poet, essayist, and literary critic of Welsh heritage. His article collections are the Heart of Britain and Light and Twilight; his poetry selections consist of Six Poems and Last Poems. He was created in London and went to university in Oxford. Upon graduation, he became a publication reviewer. He and sixteen additional War Poets had been honored on the rock plaque at Westminster Abbey. He wedded Helen Thomas, with whom he previously three kids: Merfyn, Bronwen, and Myfanwy. Robert Frost’s popular poem, “THE STREET Not Used,” influenced Thomas to enlist as a mature man in Globe War I. Unfortunately, this decision price Thomas his existence.
