Duncan Phillips


Famous as the drummer from the Christian pop band Newsboys, this Australian musician joined up with the group in 1993 and contributed to varied albums, including Take Me personally to Your Leader, Thrive, and Given birth to Again. On his 1st Newsboys documenting, the 1994 recording Going General public, he performed keyboards and offered back-up vocals. He and his bandmates received five Dove Honours and three Grammy nominations between 1994 and 2003. A indigenous of Queensland, Australia, he later on resolved in Tennessee, U.S.A.
