Donald Hall

Biography

Fourteenth U.S. Poet Laureate who also offered as poetry editor from the Paris Review. His acclaimed poetry series consist of Exiles and Relationships, At Eagle Pond, as well as the Alligator Bride-to-be. He examined at both Harvard and Oxford. He afterwards taught on the School of Michigan, Bennington University, and Stanford School. He published many works for kids. Among these, Ox-Cart Guy, received the esteemed Caldecott Medal. He wedded poet Jane Kenyon in 1972. Leader Barack Obama provided him using the Country wide Medal of Arts this year 2010.
