American football coach who replaced Lovie Smith as the top coach from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following the 2015 season. From 2007-2015, he offered as the offensive planner for three groups, like the Bucs. He performed college soccer at Idaho Condition in the past due 1970s and early 1980s. His initial head coaching work was at his alma mater, Highland SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, in 1984. He coached in the Soccer Dish Subdivision (then-Division 1-A) from 1998-2006, heading a mixed 66-44 with Boise Condition and Arizona Condition. His dad was a higher school football trainer. He and his wife Kim got wedded in 1988 and also have two sons and two daughters.
