Dieudonne Costes

French aviator who piloted the very first nonstop air travel from Paris to NY. He was a global War I fight pilot who flew missions on the Balkans and finished the battle with six verified kills. He was well-known for his transatlantic air travel in addition to for his six-month, 35,000-mile aircraft trip all over the world. He was raised in Tarn-et-Garonne, within the southwest part of France. He and Charles Lindbergh both flew a transatlantic path from Paris to NY.
